في خطوة استراتيجية تسهم في تطوير منظومة التدريب المهني في مملكة البحرين، أعلن مركز ناصر العلمي والتقني عن إطلاق مبادرة “مظلة التدريب – Hub Training”، التي تجمع تحت مظلتها 11 مؤسسة ومعهدًا تدريبيًا من بينها شركاء رائدون في تقديم المؤهلات الدولية والبرامج التدريبية المتقدمة.
يأتي إطلاق هذه المبادرة ضمن الجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى تحقيق رؤية البحرين الاقتصادية 2030، وإعداد جيل من الكوادر الوطنية المؤهلة التي تلبي متطلبات سوق العمل المتطور، محليًا وإقليميًا.
وتهدف “مظلة التدريب” إلى توحيد الجهود وتكاملها نحو جعل البحرين مركزًا إقليميًا متميزًا في مجال التدريب المهني، من خلال تقديم برامج تخصصية مصممة لتواكب متطلبات السوق ووفقًا لأفضل الممارسات العالمية. كما تركز المبادرة على مرونة المسارات التدريبية، حيث تشمل البرامج المطروحة مجموعة من الشهادات والدبلومات والدبلومات العليا، وتُقدم بأساليب متنوعة مثل التعليم الحضوري، والتعليم عن بعد، والتعليم المزدوج.
وتعكس هذه المبادرة توجهًا وطنيًا نحو بناء قوى عاملة ماهرة في القطاعات الصناعية والتقنية والخدمية، وذلك من خلال اعتماد مناهج مبتكرة تدعم التعلم المستمر وتعزز فرص التوظيف للشباب البحريني. كما تشمل المبادرة شراكات استراتيجية مع القطاع الخاص، واعتماد أحدث التقنيات مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي والواقع الافتراضي في عملية التدريب.

As part of a strategic move to elevate the professional training landscape in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Nasser Scientific and Technical Center has officially launched the “Hub Training” initiative — an umbrella program that brings together 11 leading training institutes and organizations offering a wide range of international qualifications and advanced professional programs.
This initiative aligns with the goals of Bahrain Economic Vision 2030, aiming to develop a highly qualified national workforce that meets the evolving demands of both local and regional labor markets.
“Hub Training” is designed to unify and integrate efforts to position Bahrain as a regional leader in vocational and professional training. The initiative delivers specialized programs that are closely linked to labor market needs and global best practices, while offering flexible learning pathways. Programs include certificates, diplomas, and higher diplomas delivered through various formats including in-person, online, and blended learning.
The initiative emphasizes the development of skilled professionals across industrial, technical, and service sectors by promoting innovative and advanced training solutions that support lifelong learning and improve employability for Bahraini youth. It also features key action areas such as aligning training programs with industry needs through effective private-sector partnerships, and integrating cutting-edge technologies like virtual reality and artificial intelligence into training delivery.
